He is survived by: his wife Janice Hagemann; his children, Jeremy Petersen of White, Jacqueline Petersen (Carl) of Fremont, Jedidiah Petersen of Hooper, Joshua Petersen of Brookings and Jordan Petersen (Kristin) of Elkhorn, Nebraska; and his sister Vicki Koeppe (Frank) of Mapleton, Iowa. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
