He is survived by: his wife Nancy Reece (Nosbisch); his mother-in-law Earlene Nosbisch; his sisters, Ruth Reece, Regina Schultz (Arnold) of Omaha, NE, Faith Minihan (John) of Huntington, WV, Diane Brogan (Mike) of Shenandoah, IA, Debbie Albrecht (Robert) of Neosho, MO and Mindy Peters (Robert) of Gladbrook, IA; and his nieces and nephews, Hannah, Abigail Minihan, April Schmitz, Amanda DeWilde, Victoria Albrecht, Katherine Peters, A. J. Schultz, John, Daniel Minihan, Adam Brogan, Andrew, Jacob Albrecht, Michael, Matthew Iverson and Henry Peters.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Iles Westover Chapel (6337 Hickman Rd, Des Moines, IA 50322). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
