With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Perreten of Urbandale, Iowa, born in Wadena, Minnesota, who passed away on January 12, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Perreten and Beulah Perreten; and his grandson Trevor Churchill. He is survived by: his wife Somluck; his daughters, Sandra Lundstrom (Paul) of Nisswa, MN and Tammy Churchill (Brad) of Johnston, IA; his grandchildren, Hannah, Luke, Madie, Will, Jack and Ellie; and his siblings, David, Margaret, William and Cynthia.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Midwest or the Alzheimer's Association.
