He is survived by: his wife Carmen Kopf of Urbandale; his children, Amanda Yarges (Clint) of Omaha, NE, Adam Jack (Alexandra) of Austin, TX, Stephanie Peters (Ryan) of Urbandale and Sophie Kopf of Des Moines; his grandchildren, Cooper, Maggie, Reid Yarges, Nora and Lina Jack; his father Henry A. Kopf of Cedar Rapids, IA; his siblings, Bruce Kopf (Jan) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Linda Conzett (Mark) of Marion, IA; his mother-in-law Hermina Falck of Oelwein, IA; his sister-in-law Christi Stecklein of Aurora, IA; his aunt Helen Mary Smith of Des Moines; and his uncles, Harvey Bartz (Janet) of Stillwater, MN and Paul Kopf of Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Hope Assembly of God Church (4425 70th St, Urbandale, IA 50322). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
