She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Brundage and Bonnie Brundage (Ennis); her brother Michael Brundage; and her son Cory Houk. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Bartemes (Kevin) and Pam Farghaly (Mohamed); her grandchildren, Jessica Bartemes, Joseph Bartemes, Seth Cloe and Jamie Cloe; her great grandchildren, Atlas and Coco; and her sister Jo Anna Houk (Rex). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention or Furry Friends Refuge, West Des Moines.
