With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roland Rinell of Urbandale, Iowa, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on May 1, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Roland may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Roland touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Rinell and Helen Rinell; and his sisters, Cheryl and Sandy. He is survived by: his wife Barb; and his children, Sharie Sutton (Tom), Nikki Delzer (Darren) and Sean Rinell. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons with a great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Stephen Lutheran Church, to the charity of your choice in Jim's name, or to the family of Jim Rinell.
