He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Terry and Marjorie Terry; his sons, Robert Terry Jr. and Jon Terry; and his siblings, Marge, Jack, Betty and Mickey.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Smith); and his daughters, Deborah Lewis and Rhonda Green.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery Iowa Veterans Cemetery (34024 Veterans Memorial Dr, Adel, IA 50003).
