He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Duggan and Anastasia Duggan (Smith); and his wife Constance Duggan (Boe). He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Mendes (Fred) of Rockland and Stephanie Andrews (Scott) of Urbandale, IA; and his granddaughters, Jordan Mendes of Rockland, Andrea Mendes of Nashville, TN and Alexandra Andrews of Urbandale, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
