He was predeceased by: his brother Jerry Kuhn; and his parents, Harold Kuhn and Lois Kuhn (Babbit). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his sons, David Kuhn (Linda) of Des Moines and Brian Kuhn (Shawna) of Des Moines; his grandchildren, Brandon, Bryce and Ember Kuhn; and his sister Sandi Heath (Bob) of Sioux City.
