He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Muñoz; his children, Ann Ellyson (Craig), Stephen, Phillip Jr. (Brenda), Julie Morrison (Mike), Veronica Poggensee (Jeff), Matthew (Annette), Vincent and Justine Carpenter (Alec); his grandchildren, Kelli, Kate (Ryan), Pamela (Adam), Nicholas (Makena), Lucas, Jacob, Jessica, Johnathan, Jeffrey, Andrew, David, Lauren, Mark, Haley, Aliya and Sebastian; his great grandchildren, Austin, Clayton, Anthony and Juniper; and his brother John Muñoz.
