He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Joshua Moore (Jenna) of Bondurant and Jeremiah Moore (Sheryl) of Des Moines; and his sisters, Sandra Warlow (Henry) and Michelle Faller (Tim). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
