With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Hantsbarger (Urbandale, Iowa), born in Cherokee, Iowa, who passed away on November 1, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Hantsbarger and Winifred Hantsbarger; and his siblings, William, Raymond, Wilbur Jr. and Lois Thompson.

He is survived by: his wife Irene Hantsbarger (Vermie); his daughter Diane Davidson (David); his grandchildren, Philip Davidson (Marina), Michael Davidson (Beth) and Elizabeth Miller (Stephen); his great grandchildren, Liam, Natalie, Alistair, Charles Miller and Michael Davis Miller; his son Brian (Barbara); his grandchildren, Jonathan (Jing) and Kristen Pierce (Robert); his son Mark (Edith); his grandson Gary (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Janine (Marina) and Matthew; and also, Emma, Eliana, Nora Pierce and Sara Letsch.
