He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otis Sr. and Tillie; his wife Mary Fran; his children, Mark (Joan), Karen Gates (Bruce), David (Sharon), Kate Foreman (Bob), Lisa Crawford (Larry) and Jeff; his sister Sandee; his son Bill; and his siblings, Gary and Pat. He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
