He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Hoag and Diane Hoag (Dahlka) of St Croix Falls, WI; his wife Barbara Hoag of Urbandale, IA; his siblings, Jamey Hoag of Osceola, WI, Stephan Hoag of St Croix Falls, WI, Jeannie Hoag (Brian Mihok) of Bronx, NY and Marielle Hoag; his parents-in-law, Ivan and Ruth Beck of Red Oak, IA; his siblings-in-law, Johnny and Melissa Farar; his nieces and nephews, Alexander and Jaycub of Bedford, IA; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Boz, Gemini and Wally. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
