We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Margaret Jester (Urbandale, Iowa), born in Des Moines, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Mary Smedes and Wayne Smedes; her husband Joe; her children, Mary Ann Parks (Kevin) of Hinsdale, IL, John of Washington, DC and Tom (Lee Anne) of Kansas City, MO; her grandchildren, Jessica, George, Margaret Parks, Jake Jester and Aspen Jester; and her sisters, Mary Ann Turner of San Jose, CA and Cathy White. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to The Des Moines Art Center or Friends of Drake Arts (FDA).
