He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Lawson and Gladys Lawson (Duncan); and his brother Lyle B. Lawson. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Lawson (Gutzmer); his sons, Mark Lawson (Mindy) and Bob Lawson (Heidi); and his grandchildren, Kyndra, Tazshma, Amara, Maia and Kaili.
