She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Lamb and Katharine Gallagher Lamb; her brother Richard James Lamb (Dick); and her brothers-in-law, John Todd and Dean Lebeda.

She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Linda (Linda) and David Robert (Bert); her husband James Lebeda of Urbandale, IA; her children, Mike Lebeda (Traci) of Van Meter, IA and Sara Gilmore (Scott) of Lee's Summit, MO; her grandchildren, Ethan Lebeda, Noah Lebeda, Zach Gilmore, Jessica Gilmore, Nate, Tasha Haley (Ella), Nicole Haley, Megan Haley and Jay Haley; her siblings, Linda Todd of Shelton, CT and David Lamb (Cozette) of Tucson, AZ; and her siblings-in-law, Joseph Lebeda (Jean), Dennis Lebeda (Paula), Susan Lebeda and Mary Lou Lamb. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
