It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joy McManus of Urbandale, Iowa, born in Maryville, Missouri, who passed away on July 15, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Aloys Meyer and Lucille Meyer; her sister Janice Meyer; her brother-in-law Ron Wilmes; and her grandson Marshal McManus.

She is survived by: her husband Ed McManus; her children, Brad McManus (Kelley) and Gina Yurgae (Jeff); her daughter-in-law Jackie McManus; her grandchildren, Alyssa McManus, Derek McManus, William Yurgae, Jackson Yurgae and Carter Yurgae; her stepgrandchildren, Ryan Hubbard (Jessica) and Dani Hubbard (Kyle); her great grandchild Jadyn Glass; her siblings, Judy Wilmes, Jerri Fannon (Robert) and John Meyer (Denise); and her close friend Georgene McManus Powell.
