He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wilbert Parker and Joan Parker; his sister Deborah Starks; and his children, Chadwick Parker and Nichlaus Carroll.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Parker; and his brothers, William Parker Jr. (Khadijah) and Jonathan Parker (Jacqueline). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
