He was predeceased by: his parents, Eliseo Guerrero and Margarita Guerrero; and his siblings, Elias Guerrero of Eliseo Guerrero, II, Carlos Guerrero, Raul Guerrero, Alicia Anguiano, Mary Lou Maldonado, Robert Guerrero, Leroy Guerrero and Blanca Guerrero.

He is survived by: his daughter Andrea (Josh); his sisters, Dolores Guerra and Gloria Klosowski; and his wife Mary Ann Guerrero. He is also survived by twelve children.

At this time, memorial service is to be determined due to extenuating circumstances caused by COVID-19.
