Hoff (Dunkin); her great grandchildren, Keira, Jada and Holden; her husband Jerry; her daughter Laura Axtell (Chad); her granddaughters, Kayla Smiley, Brianna Hofferber (Colin) and Nicole Axtell; her stepchildren, Terri Nebel (Brian) and Micheal Steinmetz; and her stepgrandchildren, Max Nebel, Justin Nebel, Lance Steinmetz and Ryan Steinmetz.
