He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Prochaska and Mary Vranish; his parents, Jerry Prochaska and Mary Prochaska (Glover); and his wife Betty Fisher.
He is survived by: his children, Glenn Prochaska (Pat) of Cedar Rapids, Carla Parr of Cedar Rapids and Karen Roszell (Nile); his close friend Betty Jean Haas; and his former wife Jo Ann Gardner. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
