He is survived by: his former spouses, Cynthia Ann Peters and Beverly Josephine Powers; his close friend Nathalee Suiter of Urbandale; his sons, Craig Davenport (Teresa) of Boone and CalLee Davenport (Heather Burke) of Happy Valley, OR; his brothers, Delbert (Marian) of Lorimor, IA and Duane (Pam) of Charles City, IA; and his sister-in-law Lynn Davenport of Hooper, NE. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
