He is survived by: his wife Leanne; his children, Stephanie Miller, Jake Phillips and Samantha Clark (Justin); his stepsons, Huntur Matthews (Samantha) and Mason Matthews (Erika Culver); his grandchildren, Charlotte, Boone and Hadleigh; and his siblings, Randy Phillips (Pam), Greg Phillips (Cheryl) and Kim Banks (Monty).
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Iles Westover Chapel Iles Westover Chapel (6337 Hickman Rd, Des Moines, IA 50322).
