She was predeceased by: her parents, Elko VanDyke and Henrietta VanDyke (Dykhuis); her stepmother Nelle; and her sister-in-law Doris Kredit. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Earl; her children, Karen (Tim Schaid) of Apple Valley, CA, Lois (Dale Leister) of Fort Bragg, CA, Laura (Michael Meyer) of Urbandale, IA and Roger (Niki Kredit) of Sioux Center, IA; her grandchildren, Kenneth Schaid (Sarah), Phillip Schaid (Andrea), Kimberly Schaid, Racheal Meyer (Josh Downey), Jennifer Davis (Ben), Claire Vander Kooi (Jonah), Isaac Kredit, Jeremiah Kredit, Precious Kredit and Josiah Kredit; her great grandchild Calvin Schaid; and her brother-in-law Gordon Kredit (Mary Lou). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Platte Community Hospital, American Cancer Society, or Platte Christian Reformed Church.
