It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Freylack (Urbandale, Iowa), who passed away on June 13, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Freylack to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carolyn Freylack and Ray Freylack; and his brother Matt Freylack. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Freylack; his daughters, Lindsay Freylack (Alex Minnick) and Sarah Gaskell; his grandchildren, Hazel, Zoe Minnick, Harrison and Lucie Gaskell; his siblings, Thomas Freylack, Nancy Valone, Susan Freylack, Mary Smahaj (John), John Freylack, Joseph Freylack (Christina) and Kate Coppola (Art); and his godsons, Jameson Valone and Will Lawson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews; aunts and uncles; cousins and extended family; beloved friends.

The family plans to donate funds to The Mesulam Center for Cognitive Neurology and Alzheimer's Disease at Northwestern University world-renowned for its primary progressive aphasia (PPA) research.
