He is survived by: his children, Dave, Charity, March of Dimes, Saint Francis, Nancy and Karen; his wife Elaine Skultety; his sons, Rick (Nancy) and Mike; his grandchildren, Megan, Amanda, Katie, Sarah, Alex (Melanie), Madeline, Emily, Alexandra and Zoe Ball; and his sisters, Mary Novak, Barb Rasmussen and Nancy Sodders. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
