He was predeceased by: his parents, Preciliano Martinez and Antonia Martinez; his children, Teresa and Daniel Jr.; and his wife Barbara Magnuson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Webb (Steve) and Melissa Martinez; his grandchildren, Steve (Stephanie), Heather (Daryl), Jessica, Alexander (Emily), Gabriela and Oscar; and his siblings, Angie, Phyllis, Milton and Johnny. He is also survived by six great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren.
