Thompson (Hollis) of Laconia; her sister Donna Mullenix (Robert) of Agency, IA; and her nephews, Steven Mullenix (Jan) of Parker, CO and Timothy A. Mullenix (Candy) of Irmo, SC..
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Charlene's name be made to Urbandale Garden Club's Butterfly Garden Project.
