Cathy Palmer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cathy Palmer (Urbandale, Iowa), born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on July 18, 2022 at the age of 65. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cathy Palmer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Dave Hennessey. She is survived by: her mother LaVera Hennessey; her husband Larry Palmer; her children, Amy Miller (Mike), Cory Palmer and Matt Palmer (Bethany); her grandchildren, Katelyn, Kylie Miller, Natalie and Brody Palmer; and her siblings, Alan, Ron, Gary and Kelly Hennessey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncle and many cousins.
Burial will be at Glendale Cemetery in Des Moines at 2:00pm. *Please wear a mask to protect all those in attendance.
Memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in Cathy's honor. Monetary donations will go towards a bench at the duck pond at Glendale Cemetery.
