She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Waddell and Eillien Waddell (Swanson); and her siblings, John Waddell and Naomi Doake. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Julie Welsh (Kent), Janis Hochreiter (Dale) and James Glass (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Spencer, Erik Welsh, Mae and Ben Glass.

Memorials may be directed to the family for a cause close to Carol's heart.
