He was predeceased by: his father David Walter Bartemes. He is survived by: his wife Maria Yorro; his children, Theodore (Mary), Elena, Cecelia (Drew) and Joshua; his grandson James; his brothers, Kevin and Paul (Kathy); and also Cora. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Central Iowa Shelter and Services or Primary Healthcare Homeless Support Services.
