She is survived by: her parents, Wayne Hook and Margaret Hook (Peggy); her grandmother Lee Anderson of Oskaloosa; her siblings, Jennifer Rea (Todd) of Cedar Falls and Aaron Hook (Kelli) of Milwaukee; her nephews, Jace Rea, Grant Rea and Breck Rea; and her niece Sophia Hook.
Memorials may be made to Central United Methodists Church in Oskaloosa and Stephens Memorial Animal Shelter.
