She was predeceased by: her parents, James Swan and Bertie Swan (Osborn); her son James Talbot; her husband Frank Talbot Jr.; her son-in-law Charles McAninch; and her siblings, Lelah, Vera, Dortha, Dixie, James, Gretchen, Mary Jo and Richard.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda McAninch; her grandsons, Patrick (Debbie), Kirk (Susan) and Shawn McAninch (Lori); and her great grandchildren, Chloe, Natalie, Hunter (Kolby), Jer, Millie, Maggie, Molly and Macey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tharp Funeral Home (116 Benton Ave E, Albia, IA 52531). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial has been established to the Drake Public Library in Centerville.
