With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Lou Mitchell of Urbandale, Iowa, who passed away on October 19, 2020 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Lou Mitchell to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mildred Robinson and Jay Robinson of Des Moines; her daughter Betty; her husband Bob; and her children, Karen Beeler (Rod) of Truro, Nancy Wackerbarth (Mark) of Urbandale and Dick Mitchell (Lori) of Urbandale. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Due to the health risks of COVID-19, private services were held and Betty was buried beside her much-loved parents at Resthaven Cemetery in West Des Moines.
