It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beatrice Clupper (Urbandale, Iowa), born in Fort Atkinson, Iowa, who passed away on March 13, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vera Blong (Kuhn) and Edward Blong; her husband Darwin Clupper Jr.; her children, Wendy and Darwin; her children-in-law, Johnathann and Masako; her grandchildren, Emiko and Ken; her siblings, Cletus (Nancy), Angela, Doris, Colette (David), Marilyn (Al), Edna (Charles Bronner) and Gerald Blong; and her brothers-in-law, Donald Praska and Richard Barden. She was also cherished by her numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Clark College in Dubuque towards the establishment of a scholarship for students of English Literature in the name of Dr. Beatrice B. Clupper.
