She is survived by: her mother Dawn Renee Paul Dillman of Grinnell; her husband Joe of Urbandale; her children, Boden, Norah Price of Urbandale, Bailey and Hunter Price of Waukee; her siblings, Matt Dillman (Becky) of Grinnell and Amber Wolthuizen (Adam) of Valley Springs; and her grandmother Joyce Paul of Grinnell.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be designated in Amy's name to benefit organizations of the families choosing and sent in care of the Smith Funeral Home, PO Box 368, Grinnell, IA 50112.
