Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Alice Gawehn (Urbandale, Iowa), born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 74, on August 29, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Madsen and Helen "Caster" Madsen; and her brothers, Don and Dennis Madsen. She is survived by: her children, Dwight (Mary Sue) and Emily (Brett); her grandsons, Luke and Erik; and her siblings, Ray Madsen (Pat), Mildred Corey (Jerry), Chuck Madsen (Sandra), Eileen Reed, Mary Wayman (Jim), Patty McGranaghan (Pat), Steve Madsen, Rita Seaman (Ray), Tom Madsen (Michele) and Dan Madsen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family and friends.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family for Luke and Erik's college education.
