It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paulette Marie of Urbana, Iowa, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on December 24, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Marsha Light; and her pets, Scooter and Millie. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Alderin (Brady), Emma Hearn and Matthew Hearn; her parents, Charles Avis and Judith Avis; her grandchildren, Jax and Amelia Alderin; her nieces and nephews, Justin Light (Marissa), Reagan Light and Kalen Light; her siblings, Vance Light and Brandy Tharp (Todd); and her pets, Annie, Oakley and Clutch.
