He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Lenora Wacha and Judy Dunaway. He is survived by: his sister Wendy Foreman (Daniel LeCossec); his stepsiblings, Kurstin Cordero (Seth) of Des Moines, Evan Thornton (Hazel), Sean Thornton (Kelly) of Denver Colorado, Joshua Lyne (Tisha) and Anthony Lyne of Des Moines; his grandfather Bob Dunaway (Marvel); his aunts and uncles, Jenni Grandgeorge (Pete), Judy Wacha, Sandra Clayton (Jim), Brad Dunaway (Lisa) and Mark Wacha; his great-aunt Barb Pierce; and also Don Tool (Jean). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The family requests no flowers, instead memorial contributions can be made to the family so they can make a donation to Methodist Hospital NICU for medical equipment.
