He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Dick" Teckenburg and Lois Teckenburg (Gould); his in-laws, Jim and Marge Journy; his brothers, Butch and Wayne Teckenburg; his brothers-in-law, Kirk and Martin Journy; his great-nephew Jakob James Teckenburg; and also, Kristin Teckenburg, Marilyn Teckenburg, Mike Wise, Ray Vieth Jr. and Geoffrey Brook.
He is survived by: his wife Mollie Teckenburg (Journy); his children, Theresa Siegert (Brian) and Garrick Teckenburg; his grandchildren, Tayiah (Tanner), Kyah, Owen, Evan, Aaron, Alexa, Adele, Adrian and Edie; his brother Danny Teckenburg (Bobbie); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Teckenburg, Leslie Wise, Laurie Vieth, Jane Brook, Tim Journy (Diana), Lee Conzen (Bob), Ann Rogers (Brent) and Tom Journy (Jill). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Union Library, South Hardin Recreation Area or St. Mary's Catholic Church in Eldora.
