He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth; his children, Lori A. Matney and Rick L. Matney (Christine); his grandchildren, Jillisa M. Weaver, Kaelee Peterson (Tyler), Kellie Matney and Katie Matney; his great grandchildren, Logan Thompson and William Waite; his parents, Charles and Edith; and his brother Tom Matney. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
