She was predeceased by: her parents, Zora Estes (Lepley) and Dewey Estes; her husbands, Duane Bittner and Darrell Mitchell; and her sons, Randy, John and Phillip.
She is survived by: her son Dewey Bittner (Debbie); her siblings, Yvonne Sapp, Sam Estes and Billie Barber; her grandchildren, Heath, Trent, Tyson, Bridget, Jason, Stephanie, Shawana, Austin, Justin, Phillip Jr., Ethan and Samantha; and her great grandchildren, Levi, Tanner, Dylan, Ashely, Parker, Jason Jr., Sofia, Wyatt, Chole, Gavin, Elliott and Adeline.
Memorial contributions may be directed in Peggy's name to her family.
