He was predeceased by: his sister Barbara Finchem. He is survived by: his wife Virginia O'Neill of Underwood; his children, Penny Nelson (Wes) of Treynor and Gary O'Neill of Council Bluffs; his brothers, Richard O'Neill (Myrtle) of Council Bluffs and John O'Neill of Council Bluffs; his nieces and nephews, Cindy Kohlscheen, Kevin Kohlscheen, Denise Schoening, Brian Schoening, Ronda Gammel and Matt Gammel; and his aunts, Wilma Vittitoe of Papillion and Evelyn Purchase of Onawa. He is also survived by 5 granddaughters, 1 grandson.
