It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alice L. Sorensen of Underwood, Iowa, born in Superior, Nebraska, who passed away on June 7, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Anders Hansen and Martha Hansen (Rasmussen); her husband Howard; her children, Jean Coulston and Jon; her siblings, Naomi, Vera, Leland (Ann), Allan (Frances) and Virgil; and her sister-in-law Janice Jacobsen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jolene Alexander of Gaithersburg and Jayne Sorensen (Jerry Juhl) of Avoca, IA; her grandchildren, Erica, Kelly, Jessica, Kristina, Martha, Monica, Sarah, Michael and Cheyenne; and her great grandchildren, Daniel, Hunter, Brody, Drake, Brayden, Lucas, Arlo, Alexander, Madisen, Danika and Ellisen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials will be directed by the family.
