She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Adams and Hazel Adams (Deal); her husband Gene Martindale; her son Joe Martindale; her great grandchild Logan Martindale; her brothers-in-law, Glenn Jr. Martindale, Richard Martindale and Sonny Thompson; and her cousin Norman Martindale.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Bellis (Dick) of Blencoe, Rick Martindale (Carla) of Springfield, Betty Jean Abrams of Blencoe and Gary Martindale of Turin, Iowa; her grandchildren, Clint Walker (Amy), Tracey Miller (Trevor), Neal Raymond (Jen), Curtis Martindale (Stephanie), Isaac Martindale (Amy), Amber Griffith (Brent), Mindy Menish (Travis) and Rosie Meyer (Brice); her siblings, Linda Thompson of Honey Creek, Iowa and Leroy Adams of Colorado; and her sisters-in-law, Marlene Sargent of Omaha, Nebraska, Doris Martindale of Fremont and Sharon Burnsides of Omaha, Nebraska. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and great friends.
