He is survived by: his wife Judy Kay Legan; his sister Carolyn Frost of Des Moines; his daughter Candy Gilbert of Norwalk; his grandsons, Cody Gilbert (Beth Cooper) of Norwalk and Jason Gilbert (Rebecca) of Indianola; and his great grandchildren, Adrianna, Addison Gilbert of Indianola, Gracelynn and Axel Gilbert of Norwalk.
