He was predeceased by: his parents, William House and Bethel House (Bornholdt); his wife Barbara House; his brother Charles House; and his brother-in-law Robert Wolcott.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Caster (Kevin) of Iowa City, Lisa McNeilus (Leon) of Waverly, Bill House of Tripoli and Leslie Reed (Matt Werner) of Farmington, Minnesota; his sister Marilyn Wolcott of Johnson City; and his sister-in-law Gloria House of Ankeny. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
