He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustav Kuker and Hilda Kuker (Bergmann); his brother Lavern Kuker; and his nephew Shane Forry. He is survived by: his wife Karen Forry; his children, Brian of Tripoli and Beth Heine (Jeff) of Waverly; his sister Pauline; and his siblings-in-law, Marlene Kuker of Readlyn, Kenny Forry (Jean) of Clarksville, Keith of Clarksville and Laurie Forry of Clarksville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
