Kevin Shonka Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Kevin Shonka of Tripoli, Iowa, born in Sumner, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Shonka and LaDonna Shonka (Hogan); his siblings, Joan Meyer and Richard Shonka; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Shirley Jacob.

He is survived by: his former wife Susan M. Jacob; his wife Sue Shonka of Tripoli; his children, Kasey Widdel (Chad) of Denver and Jacob Shonka (Micah Wieditz) of Cedar Rapids; and his grandchildren, Gunner, Jovie and Hattie Widdel. He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of Flowers, the memorials may be directed to the family for a later designation.
